    All content created by Thumper8D — including but not limited to designs (graphics, logos, mockups), videos and animations, photographic material, written content (texts, slogans, scripts) is protected under international copyright law (Law 2121/1993 and applicable EU regulations).

  2. Retention of Rights
    Unless expressly agreed otherwise in a written agreement signed by both parties, Thumper8D retains full ownership and all intellectual property rights to the works produced.

  3. Grant of License
    Upon receipt of full payment, the Client is granted a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the delivered material without limitation as to purpose or medium, subject to the restrictions set forth herein.

  4. Restrictions on Use
    The Client shall not, without the prior written consent of Thumper8D:

    • Modify, alter, adapt, reproduce, or resell the material.

    • Transfer, sublicense, or assign the usage rights to any third party.

    • Use the works for any unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or otherwise offensive purposes.

  5. Reservation of Rights
    Any rights not expressly granted herein remain the exclusive property of Thumper8D.

Terms & conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all projects, products and services provided by Thumper8D to the client. By commissioning our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

We provide creative, design, development, and related services as agreed in writing with the client. Each project’s scope, timeline, and deliverables will be outlined in a proposal, quotation, or contract.

2. Quotations & Payments

  • All quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.

  • Work will commence only upon written approval and receipt of any agreed deposit.

  • Final payment is due upon completion and before delivery of final files, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late payments may incur interest charges in accordance with applicable EU law.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All works produced by Thumper8D, including but not limited to designs, graphics, logos, mockups, videos, animations, photographs, written content, slogans and scripts,  are protected under Greek Law 2121/1993, EU directives, and international copyright laws.

  • Full usage rights are transferred to the client only upon receipt of full payment.

  • Unless otherwise agreed in a written contract, Thumper8D retains all intellectual property rights and moral rights.

  • The client may not modify, reproduce, resell, or transfer the works to third parties without prior written consent from Thumper8D.

4. Revisions & Modifications

  • Unless stated otherwise in the project agreement, the client is entitled to 2 rounds of revisions.

  • Additional revisions or scope changes may be subject to additional charges.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the project.

  • Respond to communication and provide feedback within reasonable timeframes.

  • Obtain all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any content provided to Thumper8D for incorporation into the works.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all project-related information, trade secrets, and client data confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data will be collected, processed, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Warranties & Liability

  • Thumper8D will provide services with reasonable skill and care.

  • We do not guarantee that the works will be error-free or meet every specific purpose unless expressly agreed.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the relevant project.

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material term and fails to remedy it within 5 days.

  • Upon termination, the client must pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.

12. Acceptance

By commissioning Thumper8D, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
